In charge of optimizing the process of a 40MW Photovoltaic Solar a-Si Factory

Main Achievements:
★ Weekly reports to inform the engineering team about the performance and issues with the process.
★ Improvement in the quality thanks to data analysis from production and metrology in order to discover possible relations and indicators to comply with the standards and certifications ISO 9001, TÜV y UL.
★ Statistical Analysis, representation and interpretation of the results to develop with i+D+i new recipes with better specifications. Key for developing new products versions and improve processes inside the factory
★ Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing with SPC and 6sigma
★ Planning and management of all the projects: new products, experimental solar farms, architectonic integration and follow up of the scope, cost and time
★ Development of documentation for projects, specifications, data reports and results analysis
★ Creation of new products more efficient thanks to the tests in factory and outside to improve production and test new recipes
