Main duties
✔ leading and transforming the planning discipline across all Alstom globally, reporting to VP planning from headquarters in close coordination with sites, métiers, product lines and regions.
✔ main focus areas: processes & templates, trainings, job codes and competences, planners community animation, discipline governance, process adherence and performance
✔ travel around the world, mainly in Europe, to the different Alstom offices to do planning deep dives to analyze what they do well and what can be improved
