Main achievements
★ Conducted all steps to deploy all planning processes in the site to successfully control all the projects portfolio following all standards.
★ Implemented the corporate planning tool with all its modules.
★ Motivated the Planning Managers Resources team with team building meetings.
★ Developed a new way for controlling the whole portfolio of projects in one place in terms of scope, time and cost.
★ Facilitated communication in all projects, anticipating risks and therefore saving costs.
★ Generated guides, especial spreadsheets, kpis, reporting templates, tips newsletter.
★ Performed and monitored roadmaps.
★ Simplified ways for develop plannings, controlling them and alerting the teams.

Main duties
✔ Coordinator of the Planning Managers team, training and couching them.
✔ Planning Manager for all kind of projects around the world: Mainlines, Tramways, Metro, Tram-Trains, coordinating with other offices and following up a group of more than 50 engineers and technicians.
✔ Coordinate with central team on new functionalities deployment, processes, guides, kpis, etc.
✔ Work closely with all the departments, especially with quality to comply with certifications and standards and use its tools to improve processes.
✔ Support to the Global Performance Department for planning processes and workload.
✔ Creation of templates, KPIs and presentations for reporting and Project Management.
✔ Contribute the Regional Center controlling the projects portfolio.
✔ Key User of Planisware giving trainings and support on the tool to the regional center employees in addition of implementing new functions.
