In charge of trainings, manuals, maintenance, warranty, work cars and TR4 CBTC deployment for Toronto Line 1 CBTC revamping project in addition to supporting the NAM PMO department to improve their way of working and the Rochester site with the management of a new office.

★ Coordinated a tailored design of CBTC for Work Cars
★ Improved NAM PMO Department ways of working
★ Identified risks in advance and proposed quick mitigation plans
★ Worked closely with engineering to deliver systems as per contract and on time
★ Prioritized activities to reach commitments
★ Preserved quality and safety on all tasks
★ Contributed in a new site relocation project to move in all employees on time
★ Introduced MS Teams in the whole region and pushed dashboards for analysis with Excel/BI.
